幫利茶業(yè)董事(shì)長(cháng)張朝斌先生(shēng)對(duì)這(zhè)個(gè)問(wèn)題深有(yǒu)感觸,盡管根植茶行(xíng)業(yè)二十五年(nián)，但(dàn)他(tā)對(duì)茶葉、茶飲和(hé)腳下(xià)這(zhè)片土(tǔ)地(dì)的(de)熱(rè)愛(ài)依舊(jiù)深邃且激情¥滿懷。

Mr. Zhang Chaobin, chairman of Benny, has deep feelings about this problemφ. Although he has been rooted in the tea industry for 25 years, his love for tea, tea drinking and the land under his feet is still deep and pαassionate.

在探訪不(bù)同産茶地(dì)區(qū)和(hé)國(guó)家(jiā)後，張朝斌先生(shēng)意識到(dào)經濟發展應與環♦境保護齊頭并進，在總書(shū)記“綠(lǜ)水(shuǐ)青山(shān)就(jiù)是(shì)金(jīn)山(shān)銀(yín)山(shān)”理(lǐ)念的(de)影♣(yǐng)響下(xià)，決定去(qù)探尋茶葉工(gōng)廠(chǎng)現(xiàn)代化(huà)、可(kě)持續性的(de)新可(kě)能(néng)。

After visiting different tea producing regions and countries, Mr. Zhang Chaobin realized that ec​onomic development should go hand in hand with environmental protection. Und er the influence of the General Secretary's concept of "Lucλid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.", he decided to exploreδ new possibilities for the modernization and sustainability o♣f tea factories.

2022年(nián)，幫利茶業(yè)成立25周年(nián)之際，在福州的(de)後花(huā)園——永泰，投資成立福州新之源生(shēng)态農(nóng)業(yè)科(kē)技(jì)發展有(yǒu)限公司，建立一(yī)座集茶産業(yè)制(zhì)造、産品展示、中國(guó)傳統茶品和(hé)茶道(dào)展示、茶葉手工(gōng)制(z±hì)作(zuò)與茉莉花(huā)窨花(huā)過程體(tǐ)驗、茶飲共享互動空(kōng)間(jiān)、網紅(hóng)旅遊觀光(guāng)等多(duō)位‌一(yī)體(tǐ)的(de)“一(yī)站(zhàn)式”現(xiàn)代化(huà)茶業(yè)工(gōng)業(yè)園。

In 2022, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of ↓the founding of Benny, Foochow Xinzhiyuan Ecological Agriculture Technology Dev↔elopment Co., Ltd. was invested and established in Yongtai, the back garden of Fo∞ochow, to establish a "One-Stop" modern tea industrial ≥park integrating tea industry manufacturing, product ¶display, Chinese traditional tea products and tea ceremony display, tea handmade andΩ jasmine scenting process experience, tea drinking sharing interactive space,Internet celebrity tαourism and so on.

園區(qū)位于永泰的(de)母親河(hé)大(dà)樟溪畔，一(yī)期建設面積 36000㎡，周圍山(shān)明(míng)水(shuǐ)秀，溪流環繞，與著名風(fēng)景區(qū)天門(mén)山(shān)僅一(yī)路(lù)之隔，風(fēng)景優美(m→ěi)，交通(tōng)便利。

The park is located on the Bank of Dazhang River, the mother river in Yongtai.&£nbsp;Phase I covers a construction area of 36000 square meters. It is surrounded by beautiful mountains ，rivers and  streams. It is only one way away from the famo¥us scenic spot Tianmen Mountain. It has beautiful scenery and conveni∞ent transportation.

The project is one of the three modern tea industrial park projects invested a nd constructed by Benny throughout the country. The three proj♠ects have a cumulative construction area of 120，000 square meters,The other two are located in Shouning County, Ningde Ciδty, Fujian Province (Ningde Benny Tea Industry Co., Ltd.) and Hengzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (Guangxi Zhongken Tea Co., Ltd.).

"ONE STOP"ONLINE RED PARK WITH FUJIAN CHARACTERISTICS

這(zhè)是(shì)一(yī)座既具有(yǒu)地(dì)方特色又(yòu)符合基本現(xiàn)代化(huà)工(gōng)廠(chǎng)使用(yòng)需求的(de)特色建築，我們在嘗試實現(xiàn)茶業(yè)工(gōng)廠(chǎng)現(xiàn)代化φ(huà)的(de)另一(yī)種可(kě)能(néng)。

This is a characteristic building with local characteristics and meeting the needs of basic modern chemical plants. We are trying to realize another possibility of the modernization of t"ea factories.

——展示中心主入口

整個(gè)建築将把傳統、自(zì)然與現(xiàn)代科(kē)技(jì)相(xiàng)結合。汲取福州傳統建築的(de)精華，巧妙的(d↔e)融合了(le)福州古建築中标志(zhì)性的(de)馬鞍牆元素，形成連續起伏的(de)飛(fēi)檐屋面和(hé)風(fēng)火(huǒ)山(shān)牆；同時(shí)借鑒永泰莊寨的(de)建築外(wài)形，讓園區(qū)的(de)外(wài)曲線優美(měi)又(yòu)極具韻律感。

The whole building will combine tradition, nature and modern technology. The ☆essence of Foochow traditional architecture is ingenio$usly integrated into the landmark saddle wall elements of ancient buildings in Foocho∞w, forming continuous ups and downs of eaves and volcano gables. At the same ti✘me, the architectural shape of Yongtai village is used for reference to make the outer curve of the p±ark beautiful and rhythmic.

最後，張朝斌先生(shēng)還(hái)别出心裁的(de)在屋頂建造茶園，在靠大(dà)樟溪的(de)一(yī)側設計(jì)了(le)玻璃茶室，讓觀衆能(néng)夠享受 360 度的(de)山(shān)景和(hé)淙淙溪流的(de)自(zì)然景觀，有(yǒu)望成為(wèi)下(xià)一(yī)個(gè)網紅(hóng)↔地(dì)标。

Finally, Mr. Zhang Chaobin also creatively built a tea garden on thγe roof and designed a glass teahouse on the side near Dazhang River, so that the audience can enjoy the 360 degree mountain v"iew and the natural landscape of gurgling streams, which →is expected to become the next network red landmark.

從(cóng)建築外(wài)圍的(de)竹林(lín)廊道(dào)，到(dào)院內(nèi)的(de)花(huā)園、體(tǐ)驗中心，再到(dào)屋頂茶室，整個(gè)園區(qū)将采‌茶、制(zhì)茶和(hé)品茶融于一(yī)體(tǐ)，通(tōng)過視(shì)覺、聽(tīng)覺、觸覺、味覺多∏(duō)方面的(de)感官呈現(xiàn)，給觀衆帶來(lái)沉浸式的(de)多(duō)重體(tǐ)驗。

From the bamboo corridor outside the building, to the garden and exδperience center in the hospital, and then to the roof teah₹ouse, the whole park integrates tea picking, tea making and σtea tasting, and brings immersive multiple experiences to the a✔udience through the sensory presentation of vision, hearing, touch and taste.

嗅一(yī)縷茶香，品一(yī)方文(wén)化(huà)。這(zhè)裡(lǐ)是(shì)鋼筋水(shuǐ)泥裡(lǐ)的(de₩)“世外(wài)桃源，步入其中來(lái)一(yī)場(chǎng)放(fàng)松的(de)穿越之旅。

Smell  tea and taste  culture. This is a "paradise" in reinforced concrete, s tepping into it to have a relaxing journey.

世界茶看(kàn)中國(guó)，中國(guó)茶看(kàn)福建。福建的(de)“茶”更是(shì)有(yǒu)1000餘年(nián)的(de)曆★史。園區(qū)建成後，幫利将攜手福州新之源生(shēng)态農(nóng)業(yè)科(kē)技(jì)發展有(yǒu)限公司，一(yī) 起立足福州，讓福建茶走出福建、走向世界，同時(shí)我們會(huì)以福州為(wèi)科(kē)研開(kāi)發、生(shēng)産加工(gōng)中心，輻射福建全省和(hé)全國(guó)的(de)其它産茶區(qū)，起到(dào)帶動和(hé)聯動的(de)效果，未來(lái)可(kě)期。

World tea depends on China, and Chinese tea depends on Fujian. Fujian's ₩"tea" has a history of more than 1000 years. ≥After the completion of the park, Benny will join hands with Fuzh♥ou Xinzhiyuan ecological agricultural science and Technology ©Development Co., Ltd. to base itself on Foochow and make Fujian tea♥ go out of Fujian and into the world. At the same time, we will take Fuzhou as the scient&ific research, development, production and processing center, radiate€ other tea producing areas in Fujian Province and the whole​ country, and play the effect of driving and linkage, which can be expected in the↔ future.
