On February 5, 2023, the 29th HBS Harvard Business School Asi☆an Business Conference was held at Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts.The theΩme of this conference is "Opportunities for Emergiσng Asia". This conference was organized by the Harvard Business School Student "Union. At the conference, Benny and the guests looked at the ancient and modern times, reviewed the evol∏ution of Chinese tea, and traced the past and present of Chinese tea.The origin of Chinese tea ↕culture has a long history. Chinese people have been drinking milk tea for more< than 1000 years. Since the mid-1990s, China's economic structure has changed significantl<y, and the role of consumption in driving economic growth has increased year by year. Pe¶ople's demand for ready-made tea has transited from the traditional basic functions of reliδeving thirst and heat, satisfying taste, relieving stress, to the spiritual needs of high beauty p•roducts, as well as the needs of body management and health preservation. As a resul↔t, the concept of new Chinese tea was born and developed rapidly, fo₩rming a new business form and industrial chain.


相(xiàng)關數(shù)據表明(míng),我國(guó)的(de)新茶飲千億市(shì)場(chǎng)持續擴大(dà),充滿了(le)機(jī)遇與挑戰。2022年(nián),新茶飲門(mén)店(diàn)數(shù)48.6萬,連鎖化(huà)率55.2%。我國(guó)新茶飲市(shì)場(chǎng)規模從(cóng)2017年(nián)的(de)422億增長(cháng)至2021年(nián)的(de)1003億元,年(nián)複合增長(cháng)率直超過20%。2020年(nián)疫情局部地(dì)區(qū)爆發後,新茶飲市(shì)場(chǎng)整體(tǐ)有(yǒu)一(yī)個(gè)明(míng)顯的(de )增長(cháng):2021年(nián)穩步踏上(shàng)千億規模;而2022年(nián)疫情席卷中華大(dà)地(dì),市(shì)場(chǎng)規模的(de)最理(lǐγ)想狀态可(kě)達到(dào)1040 億元,基本與2021年(nián)持平。
Relevant data shows that China's new tea drinking market has continued to expand aπnd is full of opportunities and challenges. In 2022, the number of new tπea drinking stores will be 486000, with a chain rate of 55.2%. The scale of China'>;s new tea market has increased from 42.2 billion yuan in 201↔7 to 100.3 billion yuan in 2021, with a compound annual growth rate of more than 20%. After the outbreak of the epidemic in local areas in 2020, the whole new t∞ea market has a significant growth: steadily set f<oot on a scale of 100 billion in 2021;In 2022, the epidemic swept across China, and the opt≈imal market size could reach 104 billion yuan, basically the same as in 2021.
